Roots & Renewal 2.0

Roots and Renewal 2026 is a two-day immersive ceremonial retreat focused on deep personal transformation, healing, and reconnection. Through guided breathwork, participants move through processes of breaking down old identities, transfiguration, and rebirth, followed by creative integration practices like art therapy. The experience also emphasizes ancestral connection, including ceremonies to engage with and heal ancestral lineages, as well as spiritual exploration through animal guides and elemental forces. Group sharing, movement, and communal activities like a potluck support reflection, integration, and a sense of community throughout the weekend.

Divine timing for The Apiary to welcome back Rev. Harta Dunia this Memorial Day weekend. A reminder that “me-mo-ri-al” | noun 1. something, especially a structure, established to remind people of a person or event is key as to why Harta builds these containers - to help reconnect us to our ancestors and our own lineages. If you are seeking ways to reconnect, re-indiginize, decolonize and do your part to repair multi-generational relationships this just may be the workshop you have been looking for.

About Harta: Harta was gifted with energy healing from a very young age. Friends and family members used to seek her ‘healing hands’ as they would call it. Harta comes from a lineage of Chinese herbal practitioners, martial artists and animistic medicine tribe from Borneo. She utilized her spiritual gifts of empathy and healing as a Registered Nurse of 25 years in UK. In that time, Harta attained Reiki Master/Teacher in 2004, SKHM All-Love with Patrick Ziegler, ran psychic and spiritual development circles, taught Reiki in colleges in the UK, learned about plant medicine and shamanic practices in Peru. Harta discovered the healing powers of sound healing and dance when she had her son, Zen who was born with a congenital heart condition. Through music and dance, her son remained stable even at a diagnosis of severe heart failure. Since then, Harta has studied with Jonathan Goldman and attended Three Trees’ retreats in Sedona. Her vibroacoustic healing tools are Tibetan and frosted singing bowls, drums, rattles, Gaia and Pythagorean perfect 5th tuning forks. Harta currently resides in Sedona, Az. Her website is https://morningstaroracle.com
